The Biennial International Conference «Psychology and Ergonomics: Unity of Theory and Practice» takes place under patronage of the Inter-Regional Ergonomic Association. 

The conference covers the following themes:

• New methodological problems and technologies in psychology and ergonomics
• Current problems in applied psychology and ergonomics
• Contribution of social psychology and ergonomics to quality and competitive ability of products
• Professional training and occupational selection issues
• Psychological and ergonomics aspects of development of individual, society and state;
• Individual life quality
• Capacity for work, professional stress and professional longevity.

Proceedings of the conference are published in a special issue of the journal «Human Factors: Problems of Psychology and Ergonomics».
