Objectives

Promote the scientific development and professional practice of Ergonomics.

Ensure the social function, dignity, and prestige of the profession of ergonomist, promoting the professional and scientific recognition of its members and the respect for the ethical principles that should guide their activity.

Contribute to the promotion of ergonomics, ensuring its contribution to legal projects that are relevant to the pursuit of its institutional aims and, in particular, to the exercise of the profession.

To promote the exchange of ideas and experiences between members and similar national and foreign organisations, as well as interdisciplinary coordination actions, both in terms of training and research and in terms of professional practice.

To collaborate, sponsor and promote the publication of works that contribute to the dissemination of knowledge in Ergonomics.

To defend the interests, rights, and prerogatives of its members
